Yes. Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature.

~ What happens if I am out?

The Royal Mail delivery person will leave you a card to let you know where you can collect your parcel, or how you can arrange redelivery.

~ What do I do if my order hasn't turned up?

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of product arrival via onlineorder@intimatecollections.co.uk

~ What happens if I change my mind about my order?

Items are dispatched first class post the following day (of receiving your order). If you change your mind you will need to contact us via e-mail prior to dispatch, as once sent, we will only accept returns of faulty or defective items. We will not refund a change of mind after the product has been dispatched. We always check our e-mails before dispatch.
